Made from selected fine Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varietals. Age in American oak barrels for 4 months. A wine full of subtleties with a great personality. A very exciting wine.
Appearance
Medium intensity, with a violet rim that reveals its youthfulness.
Aroma
Clean and attractive on the nose, reminiscent of ripe black fruit (blackcurrants, blackberries) and roasted nuts.
Taste
Smooth, developing rounded and pleasant flavours.
Pairing
Ideal for drinking with all kinds of starters, light dishes and meat.
Service
Serve at between 13 and 15ºC.
