Cutting edge technology in the winery
Viñas del Vero uses state-of-the-art winemaking technology that reflects that natural process for making wine and ensures we are perfectly in control of environmental and hygiene conditions. Our winery is unsual in that it is arranged vertically, with a 12m drop from the top to the bottom of the building. The picked grapes are delivered to the highest part of the winery, where a meticulous selection process takes place. From this point on, the force of gravity and rigorous monitoring at every stage of the production process are our main allies. Also, we avoid using pumps and other mechanical processes that might damage the grapes or the must as they are moved about, thus reserving their unique features.

At Viñas del Vero, we nurture every detail of how we make our wines. We may be a new winery but we have laid the necessary foundations to be able to deploy exceptional care in our work. From looking after the vineyards and monitoring the grapes as they ripen, to optimising the harvest, selecting the best barrels for ageing, designing labels, launching on the market and taking care of our customers at all times, we strive to offer the very best.
The winemaker and the technical team combine profound knowledge and experience with meticulous care in each of the production processes. This passion for every detail is one of the distinctive features of our winery and enables us to offer stunning wines, made in a contemporary style, that have a soul of their own and are sure to be exciting to all who choose them.
