The wine displays aromas of citrus and ripe exotic fruit, together with a delightful bouquet that balances the toasty notes of new wood.
Taste
The wine is smooth and silky at first, delivering rich flavours as it develops. Long, intense, with an interesting acidity characteristic of our northern latitude. 
Pairing
Ideal to drink with smoked foods, oily fish, light meat and characterful cheese.
